Biography:

I live on the West Pearl River and take most of my pictures from my back porch. I have enjoyed photography all my life and have always wanted to publish wildlife/nature. Seasons on the Pearl River/Honey Island Swamp offer endless subjects to work with, from birds and animals to plants and trees. We have seen so many changes since Hurricane Katrina and it's been very interesting to travel by boat to see the rebirth and adaption of nature in this area. We are seeing more species of birds migrating here and I'm am dedicated to capering their presents by pictures for all to see. And who knows, I just might find "Big Foot" or the "Ivy Billed Woodpecker" while photographing.

I'm hoping to find a publisher to do a series of photographic books on the ever changing landscape of the southern Louisiana and Mississippi coastal areas especially the Honey Island Swamp and Pearl River system.
